Press Release - Oxygen announces sale of Robertson Taylor

7th November 2011- Oxygen Holdings plc (“Oxygen Holdings”) has today announced the sale of its subsidiary Robertson Taylor Holdings Ltd (“Robertson Taylor”) to Entertainment Insurance Partners (“EIP”) for an undisclosed sum. The sale is subject to FSA approval.
Robertson Taylor provides dedicated broking and services to the music and entertainment sector on a global basis. It was acquired by Oxygen in 2007 and employs 75 staff in offices in the UK and USA. All staff and clients of Robertson Taylor will transfer to EIP on completion of the sale.
Entertainment Insurance Partners Worldwide is a group of more than 130 specialty entertainment insurance and risk advisory experts. EIP exists to bring market intelligence to the underserved global entertainment industries, with specific focus on music, sports, and theatre. The companies within the organization, including Robertson Taylor, Walton & Parkinson, and Long Reach International, are capable of developing custom solutions to any entertainment insurance need.
