Oxygen was formed in 2004 by a group of individuals who all believe passionately in improving customer service and the need for modernisation of the processing infrastructure of the London insurance market. With financial backing from the founding directors and a group of senior international insurance figures, Oxygen has developed an approach, the key features of which are:

• systems and operations that set new standards for customer service leading to high customer retention
• specialist broking and agency teams that are employees of Oxygen, but earn a stake in the equity of the business that is directly aligned to the service they give to their clients, and to their profitability
• scalable, efficient operations that, through use of modern technology reduce costs

Since our business began, two years ago, Oxygen has gone from strength to strength. We are now an established 82 person business based in London and Leeds and handle in excess of £100m Gross Premium Income per year with over 300 clients.
