From its formation in October 2004, Oxygen’s business model has been based on the principle of transparent trading. This allows us to provide genuine, independent advice at all times with no conflict of interest when negotiating with Insurers.

  1. It is our policy to specify our remuneration to our clients i.e. those who appoint us, on each and every transaction, before we are asked.
  1. Our remuneration will be in the form of time costed and/or pre-agreed performance related fees or, where the client prefers, agreed commissions.
  1. There will be no hidden sources of revenue such as –

          -Income received for the provision of “services” to Insurance Carriers.

          -Commission from underwriters for premium volumes.

          -Portfolio profit shares.

          -Premium finance surcharges.
