TOM ERNOULT APPOINTED MANAGING DIRECTOR

OF OXYGEN INSURANCE BROKERS

London, 17th March 2008 – Oxygen Holdings plc announced today the appointment of Tom Ernoult as Managing Director of its subsidiary, Oxygen Insurance Brokers. 

Ernoult will assume responsibility for day to day management of Oxygen Insurance Brokers. This new role has arisen due to the company’s recent significant growth.

Nigel Barton, chief executive officer of Oxygen Holdings plc, said, “We are delighted that Tom is joining us.  With the majority of Oxygen’s brokerage revenue being on a direct, as opposed to wholesale, basis, it will be incredibly valuable for us to have Tom’s considerable experience of the London and UK regional markets as we continue to grow.”

Ernoult joins Oxygen from Heath Lambert where he was Managing Director of Heath Lambert National. Prior to that he was at Marsh, where his last role was that of Managing Director and COO of the Corporate Client Practice division.
